India provided the bulk of the allied soldiers and opened up a second front which in time broke apart the Hegemony and led to its fall.

As of now USA takes the world without any alliance in military terms (may be except russia).China never fight they have 1.4 billion people china not japan with small region Just they(china government) dream overtake USA n going. According to Tarpley (if I am right) Brzesinsky is guiding foreign policy in the US again, more than the Cheney style neocons who were hot for war on Iran.
